The form requires a requested date at least 72 hours ahead so tenant notice can be given. That date is your inspection date: an assessor inspects on that day, and we email you as soon as one is assigned.
Some checks cannot be completed without utilities. Limitations affecting HVAC, plumbing, or appliances are documented in the report.
The form accepts occupancy details and tenant access arrangements. Provide the relevant contacts and arrange appropriate notice and access before the visit.
