What You Earn Per Inspection

Earn 70% of the applicable inspection fee for inspections 1–21 each week, then 80% from inspection 22 onward for the remainder of that week. The weekly count runs Monday through Sunday, based on the date each report is completed, and resets every Monday. Each week's pay is processed the following Friday.

Property Size 1–21 / Week · 70% 22+ / Week · 80%
Under 1,500 sq ft $105.00 $120.00
1,500 – 2,500 sq ft $122.50 $140.00
Over 2,500 sq ft $140.00 $160.00

How Payout Works

The table illustrates payouts at current standard inspection fees of $150, $175, and $200. Actual fees vary by property size and assignment scope. These examples do not guarantee assignment volume or total earnings.

Completed and delivered inspections are logged weekly. Payouts are processed every Friday through Stripe — no invoicing required.

Compensation is based on each assignment’s applicable inspection fee. Contractors provide their own reliable transportation and smartphone. Assignment volume varies by market and client demand.

After your 21st inspection in a given week, your rate steps up to the higher tier for the remainder of that week. The count runs Monday through Sunday by report completion date and resets every Monday — giving you a fresh opportunity to hit the higher rate every week.
