Inspection Services
This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs all drive-by field inspection services provided by Blue Hawk Inspection Services LC ("Blue Hawk") to the client ("Client") who submits an order through the Blue Hawk Field Services platform. By submitting an order and completing payment, Client agrees to all terms set forth in this Agreement.
Blue Hawk provides exterior property field inspection services as described below. All services are performed by independent field technicians operating under the direction of Blue Hawk Inspection Services LC.

| Exterior Condition Check | Visual assessment of exterior condition rated as Good, Fair, Poor, or Severe Hazard. |
| Photo Documentation | 6 required photographs: house number, street sign, front elevation, angle/driveway, street left, and street right. |
| GPS Logging | GPS coordinates recorded at the time of inspection. |
| PDF Report Delivery | Branded PDF report emailed to Client upon successful inspection completion. |
Blue Hawk Field Services is strictly an exterior property observation service. The following are explicitly outside the scope of every inspection:
Blue Hawk Field Services is not a licensed home inspection service. Reports document exterior visual observations only and should not be used as a substitute for a full professional property inspection.
Payment of $45.00 per inspection is required at the time of order submission. No inspection will be dispatched until payment is confirmed. Blue Hawk accepts payment by credit or debit card through the Stripe payment platform. Blue Hawk does not store Client card details.
Blue Hawk will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete and deliver the inspection report by the Requested Completion Date you chose when ordering. Delivery depends on field technician availability in the requested market. Reports are delivered as PDF files via email to the address provided at order.
If Blue Hawk is unable to assign a field technician before the Requested Completion Date, Client will receive a full refund of $45.00 to the original payment method. Refunds are processed automatically and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Refunds are not available for completed inspections.
Client agrees to provide accurate and complete property information at the time of order. Client represents and warrants that:
Blue Hawk's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific inspection giving rise to the claim. Blue Hawk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Inspection reports reflect exterior visual observations at a specific point in time and are not a guarantee of property condition.
Blue Hawk treats Client property information and order data as confidential and will not disclose Client information or property addresses to any third party except as required to fulfill the inspection order or as required by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By submitting an order and completing payment, Client acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms. Order submission and payment confirmation constitutes electronic acceptance.
